CCI Rejects Petition Against Multiplexes Alleging Anti-Competitive Practices - 26.07.2019

Competition Commission of India (CCI) while rejecting the allegations leveled by the Informant Unilazer Ventures Private Limited has observed that there is no prima-facie case of anti-completive practices against multiplex companies and exhibitors.
