SC Directs Finance Secretary to Probe into BSP MLC’s Rs 10k Cr Assets - 15.12.2015

SC on PIL filed against BSP Member Mohd Iqbal alleging that he possess assets worth more than Rs 10,000 crore through illegal means and had attempted to turn black money by opening 111 shell companies, has asked Union Finance Secretary to examine allegations and and decide investigations course.
