Lawyers Safety: Supreme Court Directs Litigant to Approach BCI - 23.07.2019

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a petition filed by NGO Art of Learning seeking non-gender specific safety norms for lawyers across the country. The Court directed the Petitioner to approach the Bar Council of India (BCI) for the prayer sought.
