NCLAT Approves IL&FS to Sell Remaining 51% Stake in 7 Wind Energy Arms to Japan's Orix Corp - 23.07.2019

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has approved the cash strapped Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services (IL&FS) for the proposed sale of its balance 51 percent of stake in seven wind energy subsidiaries to Orix Corporation of Japan.
