Plea in SC to Intervene in Case Against Election of Maharashtra CM to State Assembly - 22.07.2019

The SC is seized of an appeal filed against the Bombay HC's order dismissing his plea seeking annulment of Mahendra Fadnavis's election to the Maharashtra Assembly on the ground of alleged non-disclosure of all pending criminal cases against him.
