Kerala High Court Issues Notice to State Govt on PIL Challenging Environmental Clearance for Mall - 22.07.2019

Kerala High Court has issued a notice to the State Government and the environment ministry on a PIL challenging the clearance given by the State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority to a private group for constructing a mall in Thiruvananthapuram district.
