Calcutta High Court: High Court Has Responsibility to Protect Honest Businessmen - 19.07.2019

Calcutta High Court has observed that the inherent powers of the Court should be used in appropriate cases to meet the ends of justice. The Court while granting an interim order in a commercial suit noted that the Court has the duty to protect honest businessmen from those who use unscrupulous means to cheat.
