SC to Centre: Response to PIL to Fill Up Vacancies in NHRC - 15.12.2015

Supreme Court has directed Centre to file reply to PIL seeking direction over filling up of vacant positions in National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) including that of Chairperson, Director General of Investigation and a member.
