Sister Abhaya Murder Case : Apex Court Rejects Discharge Pleas of Accused Priest, Nun - 16.07.2019

Apex Court has rejected the special leave petition filed by Thomas Kottoor and Sephy against a April 9 judgment of the Kerala High Court which had upheld the lower Court’s dismissal of their discharge pleas in the Sister Abhaya Murder Case.
