Punjab and Haryana High Court Dismisses Resident’s Plea Regarding Mission Smart City - 12.08.2015

Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed petition filed by R P Malhotra, President of Residents’ Welfare Association,Sector 8,seeking directions from court for quashing proceedings of meetings held to scrutinise list for smart cities in Haryana for being illegal,arbitrary and unconstitutional.
