Delhi High Court Rejects Plea Seeking Appointment of Opposition Leader of Lok Sabha - 08.07.2019

Delhi High Court has refused to entertain a plea seeking directions to the Lok Sabha speaker to appoint a Leader of Opposition in the House. The Court said it "saw no reason to entertain the petition" as there was no law which prescribed the appointment of an Opposition Leader in the Lok Sabha.
