NCLT Mumbai Directed to Pass Order on Videocon Cos Insolvency Plea - 08.07.2019

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has directed the NCLT Mumbai Bench to pass an order over the insolvency plea against 15 Videocon group companies within next three weeks taking into consideration the nature of the matter.
