CCI Seeks Public Comment over 500cr PVR-DT Cinemas Deal - 14.12.2015

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has sought comments from public over PVR’s proposed Rs 500-crore worth acquisition of DT Cinemas, after finding that prima-facie the deal was likely to adversely impact competition.
