Supreme Court Asks Centre, Assam Govt to Reply to Request by Paralysed Man, Declared Foreigner - 04.07.2019

Supreme Court has sought response from the Centre and the Assam Government on a request of an imprisoned paralysed man who has been declared a foreigner by a Tribunal and facing eminent deportation to Bangladesh.
