ITAT Delhi: Order Procurement Services Rendered Abroad Not Taxable in India - 03.07.2019

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Delhi has held that the order procurement services rendered abroad are not taxable in India.The Tribunal noted that in case of the Assessee Company, two non-resident foreign companies were appointed to locate foreign buyers to whom the Assessee company could sell its services.
