Supreme Court Refuses to Apply 'Group Of Companies' to Implead Foreign Company in Arbitration - 03.07.2019

Supreme Court has declined to invoke the group of companies doctrine to implead a foreign company in an application for appointment of arbitrator for a dispute arising out of an agreement with its Indian affiliate.
