Apex Court Pulls Up Punjab and Haryana High Court for "Casual and Cavalier" Judgment - 03.07.2019

Apex Court has sent back a dispute over whether an amendment to certain electricity tariff regulations entailed hostile discrimination to Punjab and Haryana High Court,after the apex court found serious flaws in the manner in which the High Court had dealt with the case.
