Madras HC: Those Acquitted in Criminal Cases Through Compromise Cannot Join Police - 14.12.2015

Madras High Court has held that people who get acquitted in criminal cases by entering into a compromise with the complainants and make them turn hostile before trial courts are not entitled to lay a claim for joining the police force.
