Delhi High Court Seeks AAP Govt Response on PIL Alleging Discrimination in Health Scheme - 02.07.2019

Delhi High Court has sought response of the AAP Government on a plea contending that its health scheme, being implemented by the Delhi Arogya Kosh was “discriminatory” as only residents of the national capital had access to it.
