Jammu and Kashmir High Court Stops All Constructions at Gulmarg - 02.07.2019

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has stopped all constructional activities in ski resort of Gulmarg. The Court while hearing a Public Interest Litigation seeking to preserve environs of Gulmarg, directed the Building Operations Controlling Authority of Gulmarg and Gulmarg Development Authority to grant permission for constructional activity only after seeing to it that necessary documents have been furnished by the applicants.
