Ranchi HC to Union and State: Formulating Separate Act on New Blood Transfusion Law - 14.12.2015

Ranchi High Court has directed Union Government and Jharkhand Government to explore the possibility of formulating a separate act to regulate and monitor blood transfusion services in Jharkhand and India.
