Madras HC Orders Insurance Company to Implement Centre's Circular Regarding Women Employees’ Transfer - 14.12.2015

Madras High Court has ordered Chairman of National Insurance Company to implement circular issued by Centre directing insurance companies to post/transfer women employees to place where their husband/parents are living.
