Delhi HC Permits NHRC to Intervene in Hashimpura Massacre Case - 14.12.2015

Delhi High Court has allowed National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) to intervene in appeals filed by victims of Hashimpura massacre of 1987, in which a trial court had acquitted 16 Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) personnel on March 21 this year.
