Delhi Court Sentences AAP MLA to Three Months in Jail for Obstructing Polling Process in 2013 - 26.06.2019

Calling it undemocratic, the Delhi court said that the convict was himself contesting the elections and therefore, is expected to know the laws which govern the election process in India.
