Patna HC issues Summon on 12 RCD Engineers for Increasing Height of Roads in Bhagalpur - 14.12.2015

Patna HC has issued notices against 12 engineers of Road Constructions Department (RCD) while initiating contempt proceedings against them for increasing height of roads passing through main city areas and thereby causing immense difficulties to inhabitants of residential houses in Bhagalpur.
