Nitish Katara case: Delhi High Court Upholds Dismissal of Two Policemen from Service - 25.06.2019

Delhi High Court has upheld the dismissal of two policemen from service who allowed Vikas Yadav to leave his hospital room in AIIMS, without parole on the night of Diwali in 2011. Vikas Yadav was facing trial and serving a 25-year jail term for the murder of Nitish Katara.
