NCLT Sets 90-day Deadline for Jet Airways Bankruptcy Resolution - 21.06.2019

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) while admitting insolvency petition moved by State Bank of India against Jet Airways has instructed that the resolution process must be wrapped up within 90 days as the matter is of national importance.
