AAR: GST Leviable on Advisory & Management Fees Recd. in Indian Rs. for Services Provided to AIF Fund - 21.06.2019

Maharashtra State Authority for Advance Ruling (AAR) has held that GST is payable on advisory and management fee received by asessee in Indian Rupees for financial services provided to AIF Fund.
