Supreme Court Seeks State Govt’s Reply on Maratha Quota in Admission to PG Medical Courses - 20.06.2019

Supreme Court has sought response from the State Government on a plea challenging an order of the Bombay High Court rejecting a petition against 16 per cent quota for Marathas in admission to PG medical and dental courses. The Court said it will hear on June 24 the plea challenging State Government’s decision to grant Maratha reservation for admissions in PG medical courses.
