Kerala High Court: CAT Chairman, Members Do Not Occupy High Position of High Court Judge - 19.06.2019

Kerala High Court noted that the post of Members of the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) is only statutory and not constitutional and that they do not occupy the exalted position of a Judge of the High Court.
