NCLT Instructs Liquidation of Moser Baer Solar - 19.06.2019

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has ordered the liquidation of Moser Baer Solar, which is joining Moser Baer, the high-profile disc maker that met the same destiny a few months ago. NCLT's principal bench has ordered the liquidation of Moser Baer Solar as there were no takers for the company during the 270-day period.
