NGT: No Jurisdiction to Deal with Issue of Mobile Towers Radiation - 11.12.2015

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has held that issue of radiation from mobile tower was beyond its jurisdiction as such an issue does not fall under the ambit mandated to it.
