Madras HC Restrains Centre from Shifting Welfare Commissioner’s Office - 11.12.2015

Madras High Court has restrained Union Ministry of Labour and Employment from shifting the only office of its Welfare Commissioner in the State from Tirunelveli to Chennai or any other district.
