Gauhati High Court Dismisses Citizenship Claim of Man Who Claimed to Have Entered India in 1965 - 14.06.2019

Gauhati High Court has upheld the findings of a Foreigner's Tribunal in Assam against a man who claimed to have entered India in 1965. It held that the Petitioner could not establish any error in the findings of the Tribunal, the writ petition was rejected.
