Bombay High Court: Accuracy of Rape FIR Against Oberoi Doubtful - 14.06.2019

Bombay High Court has criticized Oshiwara police for "mechanically" arresting actor-singer Karan Oberoi without first "fairly and impartially examining" accusations of repeated rape and extortion against him in an FIR whose "veracity" and "merit" it found "doubtful".
