Kathua Rape Case : District and Sessions Court, Pathankot Sentences Three Accused to Life Term - 11.06.2019

District and Sessions Judge Pathankot Tejwinder Singh has pronounced sentence in the ghastly crime relating to gang rape and murder of an eight year old in Kathua, Jammu in January last year by sentencing three accused to life term. Further three police men have been given 5 year imprisonment for destruction of evidence in the case.
