Gujarat High Court Stays Acquisition Process in Dholera SIR - 11.12.2015

Gujarat High Court has stayed land acquisition process in Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR) being developed in 35,000-hectare coastal area which also includes some patches of fertile agriculture land near Ahmedabad.
