Delhi High Court Grants Sainik Farm Residents Permission to Carry Out Repairs, Whitewash - 10.06.2019

Delhi High Court has granted 93 residents of a upscale Sainik Farm colony to carry out repairs and renovation, including construction of boundary walls. The relief for the residents may set a precedent for other such colonies where fresh construction is banned.
