CIC: Accused Entitled to Copy of Complaint in Sexual Harassment Cases - 10.12.2015

Central Information Commission (CIC) has clarified that if a complaint of sexual harassment is made against an individual/individuals, they are entitled to a copy of the complaint made against them.
