Delhi State Commission Consumer Court Grants Rs. 25L to Woman as Compensation for Medical Negligence - 06.06.2019

Delhi State Commission Consumer Court has granted Rs. 25 lakh damage to a woman who became a victim of medical negligence and lost her baby after a hospital wrongly advised her to plan family alongside prescription of heavy TB medicine.
