Delhi High Court Refuses Stay on ED Attachment of Holiday Inn - 05.06.2019

Delhi High Court has refused to interfere with the proceedings of the Enforcement Directorate (ED), which is readying to confirm the provisional attachment of Hotel Holiday Inn in Aerocity. It further noted that the company running it was being controlled and managed by Aditya Talwar, son of lobbyist Deepa K Talwar, both of whom are facing money laundering charges.
