Delhi HC: Interim Maintenance Cannot be Refused Unless it is Proved that Wife is Gainfully Employed - 04.06.2019

Delhi High Court has observed that once interim maintenance is sought by a wife under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 it cannot be denied to her unless she is gainfully employed drawing a salary.
