NCLT Accepts SREI Resolution Plan for Deccan Chronicle - 04.06.2019

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Hyderbad has finally accepted the resolution plan for Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd where lenders agreed to take a staggering 95.2 per cent haircut to revive the debt-ridden media entity.
