Gujarat High Court Grants Stay on Settlement Commission Order on Black Money - 04.06.2019

Gujarat High Court has allowed an interim stay against an order passed by the Settlement Commission in a case pertaining to the law on black money making it clear that those found with any undisclosed foreign assets will need to face the stricter law .
