NCDRC: Greater Noida Real Estate Company Asked to Give Refunds - 04.06.2019

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has asked a real estate company namely the Shubhkamna Buildwell & Estates Pvt. Ltd to refund money to all homebuyers who had invested in its Greater Noida West project since no substantial construction took place at the site in the last four years since its launch.
