Calcutta HC Upholds Single-Bench Order, Nullify West Bengal Madrasa Service Commission Act, 2008 - 10.12.2015

Calcutta High Court has upheld a single bench order that nullified the West Bengal Madrasa Service Commission Act, 2008 and rejected appeal by West Bengal government and held that the Act was unconstitutional.
