Allahabad High Court Allows PIL against Allotting of GDA Land to Builders - 10.12.2015

Allahabad High Court has allowed a PIL seeking cancellation of land Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) had allotted to two builders after procuring it from Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation (GMC) at a nominal price.
