Delhi High Court Issues Notice to Centre, Law Commission on a plea for Uniform Civil Code - 31.05.2019

Delhi High Court has issued notice on a PIL seeking a direction to Centre to draft a Uniform Civil Code in the spirit of Article 14, 15 and 44 of the Constitution of India,1950.
