Supreme Court Stays Chattisgarh HC Order for Psychiatric Examination of a Woman - 31.05.2019

Supreme Court has stayed an order passed by the Chattisgarh High Court on May 15 which directed the psychiatric examination of a woman who had married a man against the wishes of her parents.
