Supreme Court Seeks Govt Response on Powers of GST Officers to Arrest Tax Evaders - 30.05.2019

Supreme Court has issued notice to the Central Government seeking clarification on the powers of officers of the Goods and Services tax (GST) Commissionerate to arrest people suspected to be evading payment of the tax.
